1. What data we receive

When you email or call us: whatever you choose to send, usually your name, email address or phone number, and your message. This site has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising and no social-media trackers.

Server logs: like any web server, ours records each request: IP address, time, the page asked for and the browser's identification. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.

Theme choice: if you pick the light or dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer you and, if we work together, to prepare or carry out a contract: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Who processes data for us

• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) hosts our email. Google may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the server that runs this site, in the European Union.

We don't sell personal data or share it with anyone else.

4. How long we keep data

• Messages: as long as the conversation needs; if it leads to a contract, for as long as the law requires us to keep contract and accounting records.
• Server logs: deleted automatically within one month.

5. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request at any time:

• access to your personal data;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure of your data;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability.
